This is what J'm thinking as well. I've known a few girls who suffered from clinical depression. Seratonin too high (or low), melatonin out of whack, etc. And 500 different kinds of anti-depressants available, finding the exact right one for her is sometimes tricky. But if that's her problem the only way to find out is to go see a doctor about it, and get her on the right meds.
Because that kind of chemical imbalance can very much cause a lack of sexual desire. I've seen it first hand, and I've also seen the result of a woman changing meds to the right one and having her urges 'come back'. Turned her into a wildcat. (lucky for me)
