Lieberman may have changed his colors to be an independent, but he did so to keep his re-election as a senator. He did lose a lot of favor with the rank and file democrats when he spoke at the 2008 RNC to endorse John McCain. He still voted with the democrat caucus.
crocket is being a useless tool as usual with this post, it literally means nothing, it clearly states that no further action is expected. This is just some of the GOP at state level want him to vote differently, I doubt that will happen.

It's an example of more to come. The reason they censured him was because he and Paul Ryan finally gave in on the budget issue and didn't allow it to continue. The tea baggers are now striking back at him for that, this was just their first opportunity. Ryan will be in their cross hairs as well, the censure is only meaningless if you think there isn't more to come..
