I agree, I thought his character was hilarious and really made the movie.
Wall Street wouldn't have liked this movie, probably a little too much of an insight into the lifestyle and mindset of those white collar con artists.
It's funny because Jordan Belfort's scams are a drop in the ocean compared to the fraud created by Wall Street through their Mortgage Backed Securities Ponzi Scheme.
I really enjoyed the film, DiCaprio's portrayal of a banker was excellent. Loved the fact the film was 180 minutes long, great films need to be at least 150 - 180 minutes long to give enough time for the character and plots to develop.
It's a solid 8/10
