Depends on what you mean by believe.
If you ask are there any people who are 100% certain he is straight, then I would say no.
If you ask are there any people who think there is a chance that he is straight (as opposed to being 100% certain that he is gay) then yes.
And if you ask do I think there is bigger chance that he is gay or bigger chance that he is straight I would say that bigger chance is that he is straight.
