what kind of advertising You`ll use? if You want to combine clicked traffic from links and SE position improvement - I`ve a few spots (hardlinks, tab-links) on old and high trafficked sites (7k-15k-19k/daily) with strong SE positions and PR3/2. if you are looking for feeder traffic - trafficholder or trafficshop, also juicyads are best sources IMHO. BTW: $0.005 for clicked banner traffic is real thing with jucyads. All you need is good banner and manually selected ad spaces ;)
