Nah, wasn't directed at you personally, more at the story that you linked to.
Just putting it out there in general.
The media and the oil companies want the public perception to be that electric cars suck and are unsafe.
People don't think about the flip side of the coin with gas cars. Hell, I had no idea the 17 gasoline powered cars per hour catch on fire. That's pretty shocking.
