The United States has it's problems like an industrialized nation has.

But it's getting tiresome to read posts where the entire body and soul of a country is deemed: WORTHLESS!

The United States is the "bad kid" heading for oblivion while England and the rest of Europe are the good parents?
"if the US doesn't destroy itself, or end up in prison, it might grow up to be a normal functioning adult"

How far back do we have to go to show how the "punk kid" USA saved England's and Europe's butt on more than one occassion (WWII, The Marshall Plan, NATO, American Presence in West Berlin and West Germany, intervening in Kosovo to stop the human slaughter while the rest of Europe turned it's back, the continuing pumping of BILLIONS of dollars in economic aid to Europe and the rest of the world)

This is the messed up country that you just want to take pot shots at because it's so damn "Fashionable"?

From an old American tune in the early 60's:

"Come back when you grow up girl,
You're just living in a paper doll world.."

Reality check time is WAY overdue for you & others that love to generalize criticism and hatred towards this country.

When and if you want to get into a meaningful dialogue about policies/personalities of the people that make up this country, then I'll be more than happy to engage in that discussion!
