But that does not mean that CPAK should get an answer in 5 minutes as you claim. I have no idea what his problem is and if it needs any investigation or research with any third party that takes days, or he had a simple question that could be answered in 5 minutes as you claim.
When you call your brick and mortar bank to ask for example a trace on a wire transfer that is late, even if they were to have 24/7 customer support even for weekends and I doubt that very much, they will just tell you they will investigate and will take several days for your bank to contact the intermediary banks to see where the wire is at and put a trace on it. I can guarantee you will not get an answer in 5 minutes. And also I would guarantee that you will not come to GFY and bitch about it either.
