that would be sad. But im sure its just about on point. I dont think they have some big staff of all kinds of customer support people that sit and work on tickets all day except a few people. Thats just my opinion based on what seems to go on with them. Again this is just my opinion I could be wrong. But it would be really sad for a company that has something to do with peoples finances to not have a direct support line for people to talk to 24/7 and a 5-10 minute response time on tickets. Again just my opinion. I would never put myself in a position where I needed Paxum support.
