Some women (and yes, even men) are born like this. Some are just like this because they are not "into it" due to trauma. We have parts of our brains that work together to give you the "good feeling" from touching certain body parts. In her case, she doesn't have an "active" sexual web of connections in her brain.
If it's trauma, she needs to get over that somehow. If it's by birth, she's meant to be this way and nothing will change that.
Maybe she has a greater purpose than spreading... She should be using this lack of distraction to further her life, not selling herself short in front of a camera because all this will do is just keep making her feel more and more like shit about it...
