Different search engines have different strategies behind their algo/logic. I won't defend Google or support Bing here but for this particular search query Google decided to show the tube site over the celeb blog site could be for many reasons. e.g. this tube site(#1) have more traffic than the celeb blog(#2) site. This factor decides authority. It might also taken into consideration which links get more clicks from SERPs. So, if users click tube site more than blog site, tube site link will get higher ranking easily. SEO 101.

I was bit surprised to see "nubiles" result. However, after some digging it looks like nubile is an adjective, so, there is no term as "nubiles" in dictionary. Noun form of nubile is nu·bil·i·ty. You can't expect to get results for term that doesn't exist.
