For Processor based stuff, CCbill has nice software, Epoch has so-so (it needs to be upgraded, very odd stuff, but stable) Their clicktrack stuff tracks clicks, but is optional, and most people don't know about it.
If you are looking for software on your end, I personally like the look and feel as an affiliate of the software that platinumbucks and topbucks are using. Hope that was of a tiny bit of help,
