The op doesn't understand business. That's fine. The world needs ditch diggers too.

Rest assured, if I have any more capital improvements done at the plant I will not be sharing prices!

However, we did do a good thing inside the building. We have already changed out over 550 - 400w sodium lights with high efficient fluorescent fixtures. And here I will share the numbers. The fixtures are $128 ea. and our electric bill has dropped nearly $7500 a month. So less than a year payback and we got a rebate from focus on energy for doing it.

The plan is to finish the project in 2014. There is still nearly 400 more to change out.
