And if you value things like reliability a decent warranty and the latest in technology it's the only way to go. I don't think I ever bought a used car that didn't need money put into almost immediately.
I made the transistion to only new about 15 years ago and have never regretted it. I like driving, so I don't have any second thoughts about paying a bit more upfront.
