Just to point out that in the uk the chap is allowed to take pics.
there was no reason the police chap went up to the bloke as he was doing nothing wrong.
there is no excuse for him to loose his temper. if he cannot handel the situation then he should not be in the police.
its not his job to put his views on others.
again this chap has commited no crime. he has done nothing wrong.
