What my point here is this whole issue is like a movie theater. You pay for the building (hosting), you pay for the content (Hollywood Studios), but nobody seems to want to acknowledge you should pay for the movie projector that puts the movies on the screen.
Where you're still getting very confused is about the whole invention thing. Study the patent carefully and check timelines. NOTHING was invented or contributed to streaming movies in any way. Now we just need to wait and see if the courts realise that. Just because the patent office are too dumb to not grant a patent (or the rules too fucked) it does not mean the patent ever meant anything in the first place.
