Acyclovir can help
Acyclovir helps, but most people don't realize what they have until they are knocked down by the shingles. Had it for almost 2 months, 3 weeks was bedridden, in terrible pain.
Craziest part it covered my torso. But only the right side, went from the breast bone to the back bone. I called to doc's office on a Sunday, so when I described it over the phone, the nurse was pretty sure it was shingles.
It was kind of like getting poison ivy. If the blisters broke, the liquid would spread the blisters. You need to constantly use alcohol of hydrogen peroxide to keep clean.
