I was searching for something a while back, can't remember exaclty what it was but it was a brand name of software. Typed it in Google expecting it to be top, it wasn't I eventually found it on page 3.
Bing had it number one.
I noticed that, too. Mostly forums and news sites appear on the first 30 results, especially on adult search terms.

A horny surfer won't visit #1 when it's a news site talking about "porn is bad", so they will go to results page 2, 3, 4 if they have to. Google can't tell users what they have to like, it still remains the users decision.

Funny example:

When searching for "new porn sites" on # 7 appears this one:

Porn Harms
pornharms.com
We know that this just means the Internet porn companies will expand to those domains as well and thousands of new porn sites will appear. Join us in the fight

Funny or should it make me cry? Not sure yet...
