this is entirely false.
1. flash does play on android, you just need a flash plugin
2. you dont need html5 to get videos to play on android(or anywhere else(html5 is stil half baked at best)) whatsoever, just link directly to an android friendly video file. the native android player can load the video, play it and allow you to skip(given the server side tech will also), when you stop it brings you back to the browser window.
