Even average worth men get opportunities to cheat on the wives all the time. Women are looking for men all the time. Everywhere, parties, gatherings, work places etc etc.
Its too easy. And if you are rich its even easier to keep your mistress for long. Although not all of them are in for the money. So even if you are not rich it is still easy. Unless you are ugly or have bad personality traits.
