I haven't even had active paysites since probably 2000, but I still operate on different non-acacia patent infringing levels in this industry, and I recognize this as yet another potential nail in the industries coffin.
I mean the industry will never go away. The biggest of the big guys know that.
No matter how bad it gets... the big guys will still be able to pay whatever fees are required and conduct business.
But a lot of people make their livings here in one way or another.
For us, if the number of webmasters get clipped, we have less people to do business with. So it's good for us to support the IMPA even though we won't be effected directly by the decision.
