Well, here is my experience.

For the past 10 years goodgirl had been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Her body was literally compressing herself, she lost 1.5 inches in height over the past few years. Her bones and muscles were in extreme pain. When she moved to CA a couple years ago we got her an MMJ card and we started experimenting with baking; primarily because high THC weed was just too strong for her, gave her anxiety.

We then moved onto high CBD variations (CBDs are the pain killers in weed). She noticed that it relieved a lot of stress and made it easier for her to sleep. While playing around with making our own edibles (that was an amazing Thanksgiving dinner) she moved on to making balms and lotions. Thebest was when she infused high CBD weed into coconut oil. The stuff is amazing. Have a headache? Rub a small dose on your temples and it disappears immediately. Muscle pains from too much exercise? Rub a little on and you are fine. I remember one night she was in a lot of pain, I simply rubbed this oil on her back and the tightness left. How was I convinced it worked? Well, I thought I had oiled her entire back but she said, "You missed a spot." Sure enough, the size of a dime, but she could tell the difference.

While this was going on a mole I had on my lower back started to grow. It got to be about the size of two quarters stacked. I could barely sit in a chair that had a back. We decided to rub this oil on it to see what happened. Sure enough, it reduced in size so that it looks like a freckle now. Now further treatment, never returned.

I have skin cancer; people that go to shows may have noticed the sore on my arm. Within the last year it started getting worse, growing, bleeding, itchy and pretty ugly. Around Thanksgiving we decided to try a treatment of wrapping the sore and packing it with this oil. It is currently about half the size and you can see that new skin is growing where the cancer reduced in size.

So, while I would argue that no, cannabis is not a cure, it definitely can eliminate some symptoms and appears to fight some cancers.
