Child porn is illegal because a non-consenting (children to not have the legal right to consent to sex) child is harmed in the production. This is a fictional movie. Is that really hard for you to understand?
Why not ban any movie with murder, underage drinking, speeding, drug use, bombs, guns, or anything else too?
In a free society, people can make movies and books with illegal acts in them.
