Apologies to all but yes we can confirm there is a problem with starting
StatsRemote. It does indeed seem to be an issue triggered by 2014 but the
precise cause is not yet known.
We do appreciate how urgent this is for you all.

workaround: set your comp date to 31 dec 2013, start SR, change your comp mdate back. Takes about 5 mins to sort itself out (while open), but you get your up to date stats
