The quick answer is: *ALL* niches sell.
What you want to do is identify the niche you are most interested in (actually, the niche you yourself personally make enjoy) and then chase that niche. Find customers (like yourself?) who are into that niche, and hire models that understand and enjoy the niche too. Easy? No. Hard work? Of course. But it's no impossible and the payoff can be big.
