Those are some poorly chosen words.
Virgin Radio and Lodge-Net have already licensed the technology and I dont think they were "scared" into anything. Whether I disagree or agree with Acacia's patent claims is irrelevant.
The purpose of reporting the news is to inform people so they can make their own independent decision. You've already come to your conclusion and it may be right or it may be wrong... but dont ever presume you can tell me what to write or what NOT to write.
