Yeah, I'm off to deliver another $20-$25 in cost "rock" (this piece was bought in a lot so have to guestimate cost) for $500 with a another $175 in cost "rock" (not such great returns on this one but I've only had it 3 days) for $500 in the pipeline on a Sunday. Gotta recover some of what I spent yesterday. Hell, I closed one deal after 10PM last night. But the owner was desperate and needing cash ASAP so I delivered. All in all today will be a good day and hit my average target of 5x my money.
How is the development going? Are you sure your parents didn't do like most and settle down in Florida for their retirement years? You have to admit my scenario is pretty damn good.
