I dont know really. I like watching that show when i catch it on just because its fascinating to watch people deny things or to see the legit shock ... and more interesting the lack of shock.
But i would imagine given what they document... the chat logs, people giving the girl pics of their genitals, the graphic descriptions of what they want to do and what they expect to do once they arrive, traveling to the girl..., crossing state lines for the purpose of... etc etc there ends up being a litany of charges as is usually the case for what appears on the surface to be a simple crime and they would vary from state to state.
