Global mobile monetization is completely fragmented and you need to make sacrifices if you want to make the most money. Given the ups and downs each partner/product faces you will need more than one white label form a range of providers which is a time consuming and data intensive to know which one to send your traffic to at what time. Countries that are not high on your list of priorities you can just redirect straight out while you get a stronger grip on your top 5-10. Most will try to hide what is really going on with your traffic stopping you from learning who and what makes you money which is a massive disadvantage given the fact that mobile is now such a massive % of your current traffic not to mention your future traffic.
