Extra gifts for the most important people in the profit of the company. A company that is making less than projected should give everyone bonuses? I mean they are already paying you to work there, right? If this employee that wrote this letter is so unhappy and is qualified to make more money well then he should quit right? I mean it is a free country (well Canada) so I don't understand what the problem is.
