I have my mortgage with WellsFargo and never had any issues.
They fucked up when I was closing escrow and it was delayed for a few days. To make it up they paid the first month on the mortgage and finalized the paperwork by having a notary come to me. Only time I had to go somewhere was when going to the escrow company to pickup a check
Pickup the phone and call WellsFargo, you need to explain to them that they are not living up to your standards. I'm sure they'll make it right again for you
