CamTraffic: it's not the time. Obviously it is easy. It's just a bit ridiculous to have an affiliate of 10 years with the same email address, phone number, etc and the only thing that needs to be changed is a house number and your rep is forbidden to make the change for you even on the phone. Just a lot of managerial red tape from the pencil pushers, and the reps have no choice but to deal with it.

Incidentally, you cannot compare it to recent things we have seen posted to do with NATS programs, where the PAYEE is being changed. We're talking a house number or street name. The checks are still payable to the same PAYEE.

Anyway, it's not a time thing, just a little off-putting when it's a company you've dealt with for years, and with the same rep.
