The best way to deal with a troll is to ignore him/her.
Oh I know the impulse to respond to stupid, ignorant bullshit somebody writes on the internet is strong I MUST SHOW HIM/HER HOW WRONG THEY ARE FOR JUSTICE DEMANDS IT!
But in replying, specially angry, is giving the troll exactly what it wants: attention. And you have given the troll encouragement to keep trolling.
And you're fighting a battle that you lost the moment you took the troll seriously and replied to it seriously because the troll is never EVER interested in hearing or considering whatever common sense or well crafted, logical arguments you might have.
It's only interested in getting attention and angry reactions. You might as well try to have a conversation with a brick.
