Unless you plan on bringing lots of people back to your place for after parties I wouldn't bother with any fancy/expensive accommodation. It's Ibiza, you're barely going to be at home :-)
Book early as in: Once you have decided when you're going and which part of the island you are staying, find an apartment or hotel and book it now! Some folk book a season in advance so the groovy stuff goes early. Also check out airbnb.com
