As for partypoker support, They have a live support button on the casino in real money so I don't know if they do on play money. I always get an operator asap.

I really didn't like PacificPoker, though. Do they have single-table tournaments the way PartyPoker does?
PartyPoker have a "24 hour support" thing in the play money area but it doesn't work right for me. I don't see why they can't answer one simple email in over 24 hours.
