A strategy I have been using lately is in regards to those Channel pages. If I see a video that is getting a teeny tiny amount of views I delete it. Sometimes I delete dozens of videos!

My goal is to have a limited number of high views clips, all cleverly edited, so even if someone hangs out on my Channel pages they will only ever see a tiny portion of what's available inside my 32+ various Members Areas. Of course, this may be enough for some surfers but for others it's a tease.

I also try and NOT do 12 minute+ video submissions. True, they get more VIEWS, which helps the tube sites make money (ads, cams etc) but does not help ME make sales. So I try and keep the clips around 6 mins or so, with every once in a while throwing in an 8 or even 10 minute clip. But the longer clips tend to be 'compilations' so, in the end, everything is highly edited.
