Blocking ANY portion of a driveway is not only trouble...it's illegal. In our city the bylaw requires a vehicle to be a minimum of 1.4 metres from the curb cut of the driveway. Anything less is considered an infraction and can be ticketed.

What seems like 'no trouble' to you - can easily become a line-of-sight safety issue for the person trying to get out of the driveway - especially if the vehicle blocking the driveway is a large SUV, minivan, Hummer, etc.
