I have exactly the same issue with paxum. First, my card was hacked and now I am waiting for months for replacement. Few days before it was supposed to be shipped they informed me that they need more documents and now it seems I will have to wait months again. Ruth gave me coupon for free wire, but I need card to pay for hosting, domains etc.
