Paxum's ticket support staff are not at all helpful. You will make yourself crazy trying to deal with their ticket support.
Ruth, however, seems to always be available to answer questions I may have. Frankly, if it wasn't for Ruth answering questions for me, I'd not even bother with Paxum any more.
