Two months for a replacement card and still nothing in sight. One month with no way to withdraw funds from an ATM. Support, as you can see, has been exemplary in it's failure.

To all those out there with a Paxum account with Drivers Licence ID - update your ID well before your card replacement date.

Well, it's the end of the week and the message on the site still says "Printing". I guess the grandchildren will have to go without their Christmas presents this year.
