You need an ASIC device for mining these days and even those aren't going to break even anytime soon unless you drop a decent amount of money.
The rigs I ordered back in August are finally shipping out and should be here Monday/Tuesday next week, even with 100GHS I will be looking at a good 3 months to actually break even with the current difficulty levels, especially as they continue to rise.
