Yeah you have a point but that just is how it is. If you do not like it do not use it.
Does not matter if you are right or not in this case. They can get away with it so they do. You gotta know what fights to fight and what fights are not worth it even if you are right. Just cause you are right does not mean you will win and I am not saying you are right either. It just doesnt matter
