Strongbox support not replying - anyone else?
I use Strongbox and have an active support subscription, tried emailing them last Wed about an issue. After no response I wrote a follow-up message Friday, again no response.
Anyone else having trouble getting ahold of them? I know it's been the weekend but I figure with a support plan you have to pay extra for, a reply within 4 days is a reasonable expectation - especially considering they deal with website security.
IIRC they've had decent turnaround times in the past, so am wondering if something else is up.
