Yep! You didn't sign a model release, which would have been the only way he'd have legal permission to do what he liked with the images (assuming his model release covered print etc). SUE HIS FUCKING PANTS OFF. If he doesn't have a full release that include mention of all mediums he uses the images on, you can sue his ass off, and I think you can also sue him for using the name of your website without authorization.
