Exactly! Most of the people that work at these places dont deserve the pay they are already getting. Whatever happened to EARNING a paycheck, not just showing up to work and believing you're entitled to wealth. Most companies offer programs to better yourself and further your career and pay scale. How many of these people are taking advantage of these programs? No one is forcing them to work these jobs. No one is forcing them to only live off ONE job. Everytime I read this stuff I am reminded of the whole "give every kid a trophy" argument. Yea lets pay everyone 20 bucks an hour. Lets not make them earn it tho or provide any kind of incentive
