Why not just do this the easy way?
Go to the CIA, claim that GFY was offer for a blackmail and terror.
Show the threats from porncity, gfy, show the icq messages from him.
Then he will be court. I am sure the Mossat will help, to let CIA get access to info on the account.
If it leads to France, he gets into a lot of trouble, becouse EC/EU have the same rules as US then it comes to terror after 09/11
