Tried Asia once..terribly inconsistent (only time I've ever had typhoon as an excuse)
Tried to try India..couldnt even get through the quote/wireframe
the winner is Serbia. We were referred to
Wolf-Wolf.eu by 2000Charge (they're partners w/ the GER owner) and it went fine. Small project..however I skype'd with one of the developers and other then getting past the Engrish he was sharp.
