They already can keep you from getting it in the first place.
If you are currently uninfected, and you take the newest HIV pill every day...you won't catch it even if you get fucked in the ass by an infected person.
I don't know why every performer in the industry isn't doing that already. I don't think they even realize it. I didn't know about it myself until I did some research online after that last HIV scare.

They already knew it stopped it from being transmitted sexually. Then they confirmed it even stops it in IV drug users (which is basically injecting HIV directly into your bloodstream).
But for some reason...it's ignored.
