There are few times in life that your actual sense of self is dissolved and you become "one with the universe" which is very cliche but certainly accurate.

Mind expanding indeed - however, I would remind you that you are still a living creature at this moment and an animal who evolved on this physical planet. You should not forget that and embrace your physical body (because after all it will be used up and gone soon enough). You should also not bring away very many moral solutions from this newly found knowledge.
