Remember not all of the Philippines is affected by the typhoon. It's a mere small percent in totality.
And i am sure that cam girl you are tipping is not affected. Electricity is not yet 100% restored in affected areas. And if you were hit by the storm, doing a cam show is not a good idea.
So donate where it is really needed.
